JOB SUMMARY:The Headwear Trimmer is responsible for trimming excess thread and Pellon from the logo. The Headwear Trimmer is the person that is responsible for ensuring excellent quality and meeting company production standards.SCHEDULE:3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (during the week) as requiredCOMPENSATION: The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.$15.50 - $17.50 per hourSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Trim and remove excess threads and PellonAttach hang tags and UPC stickersEnsure excellent qualityBagging and packing the final productTie on threadsAdditional duties as assignedREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Ability to read instructions in EnglishExcellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMust possess initiative, energy, and driveExcellent organizational skillsAbility to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and managementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to use hands, fingers, and arms.
