Human Resources Coordinator
Euphrates, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator would assist with tasks throughout all areas of the HR department. This position will also provide administrative support to the Human Resources Supervisor.
Knowledge of benefits management and payroll processing (specifically the Paychex Flex system) for 85+ employees is required. This position also has an active role in ensuring all human resource functions comply with state and federal regulations.
Additional duties include (but are not limited to) interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, data entry, maintaining employee records, payroll processing, benefits and leave administration, employee relations and prepare needed materials.
Must have experience in Human Resources.
