At Agren, employees are valued and empowered to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Position SummaryThe Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all company facilities, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in a safe, efficient, and fully operational condition across multiple locations. This role oversees preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities through a combination of hands-on support and third-party vendor management to ensure operational uptime and safety compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities Maintenance & OversightTravel between company locations to conduct routine inspections and assess maintenance needs Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for facilities and critical equipment Perform general property maintenance, including patching, painting, minor drywall repair, and building upkeep Maintain building systems such as lighting, doors, and other minor repairs Coordinate HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance through vendors, ensuring timely service and minimal disruption Equipment & Mechanical SupportPartner with Warehouse leadership to coordinate repairs for equipment, including forklifts and overhead doors Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and determine when vendor support is required Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment issues Support installation and setup of new equipment and systems Fleet & Asset CoordinationCoordinate vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and seasonal services (e.g., tire changes) Maintain service schedules and ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities Serve as the primary point of contact with external service providers Safety & ComplianceConduct safety walkthroughs in partnership with location leadership Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Coordinate vendor work to meet all safety and regulatory requirements Support ongoing safety initiatives and facility improvements Operational SupportAssist with store setup, display assembly, and facility-related projects Provide hands-on support during peak periods or facility upgrades Respond to urgent maintenance issues to minimize operational disruption Qualifications & RequirementsAbility to read and interpret basic diagrams, manuals, and service documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently across multiple locations Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying environments Preferred CertificationsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification (preferred) DisclaimerThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
