Appian developer with java knowledge We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer with proficiency in Java with one of our clients in Delware, USA. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based solutions to meet our organization's business requirements. Your expertise in both Appian and Java will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experience. Responsibilities: Design and develop Appian-based applications, workflows, and user interfaces using best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create design specifications, technical documentation, and test plans for Appian-based projects. Customize and configure the Appian platform to align with business processes and user requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between Appian and other enterprise systems using Java and related technologies. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Appian applications to ensure their reliability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features, enhancements, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and quality assurance analysts, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, assisting in their skill development and project delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Proven experience as an Appian Developer, working on complex enterprise-level projects. Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries. Solid understanding of Appian development methodologies, including process modeling, integration design, and data management. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Appian certification(s) will be a plus.
