Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We're hiring: Full Stack Engineer (.NET / React)Our client is a well-established financial services firm with decades of experience in private equity and hedge fund investing. They're growing their technology team and looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and modernize the proprietary platforms that power their business, including new AI-driven automation initiatives.This is a long-term, onsite opportunity for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and a seat at the table on a lean, high-impact tech team.What you'll do:Build and support proprietary platforms across the businessTroubleshoot and resolve data, performance, and system issuesModernize and optimize legacy systems and workflowsDesign and implement AI-driven automations using tools like Claude and OpenAICollaborate cross-functionally to support firm-wide goalsWhat you bring:5+ years developing with .NET / C# and React (TypeScript/JavaScript)3+ years building solutions in financial servicesHands-on experience with frontier AI models: prompt design, harness engineering, API integrationStrong grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and multi-tiered architecturesSQL Server experience, including stored procedures.NET Framework 4.8+, .NET Core, Visual StudioExperience with async/parallel programming in .NETMicrosoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Storage)Solid DevOps practices (version control, release management)Bachelor's degree in Computer ScienceMust be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentResearch shows that candidates from underrepresented groups often wait until they meet nearly all requirements before applying, while others apply when meeting just 50-60%.
