Drywall Finisher

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, seamless, and professional-looking walls and ceilings. Your expertise will help transform raw construction materials into polished interiors that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on all different size projects, from commercial warehouses, retail spaces, multi-family units, office buildings, hospitals and many more spaces, contributing directly to the visual appeal and structural integrity of our clients’ spaces. Duties Apply joint compound, tape, and other finishing materials to drywall surfaces with precision and efficiency (L1-5) Sand and smooth finished surfaces to achieve a flawless appearance suitable for painting or further decorative work Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine finishing specifications Install drywall fixtures such as corner beads, trims, and moldings to enhance wall durability and aesthetics Collaborate with carpenters and other trades to ensure seamless integration of drywall with framing, plumbing, electrical systems, and other structural elements Perform touch-ups and repairs on damaged or uneven surfaces during the finishing and punch-out phase Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal for safety and efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in drywall finishing or related construction roles with a strong understanding of construction site procedures Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions for accurate application of finishes Strong knowledge and experience of using hand tools of various kinds specific to the trade, sanders, sprayers (including airless paint spraying), and other finishing equipment Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and quality standards Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and project managers Join us as a Drywall Finisher to bring your craftsmanship to life!
