Summer Marketing/Sales Intern
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Summer Marketing/Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing operations, e-commerce data management, sales support, and gaining general experience working in an office setting. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure our digital presence is accurate and our sales collateral is top-tier.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Content Management (WordPress): Perform "back-end" website audits to identify missing information and update content to ensure site completeness and accuracy.Data Entry & E-commerce Support: Maintain and update attribute lists and data files to ensure customer e-commerce platforms have the most current product information.Product Information Management (Syndigo): Utilize the Syndigo PIM platform to input, update, and manage product data, ensuring high-quality listings for our clients.Sales & Content Assistance: Support the sales team by helping create and refine presentations and marketing materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Teams.QualificationsTech Literacy: Familiarity with the WordPress dashboard and a strong comfort level learning new software (like Syndigo).Software Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and PowerPoint for design).Attention to Detail: Ability to spot missing data points and maintain high accuracy during repetitive data entry tasks.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating across teams. Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and email.Reliability: Ability to commit to the full 8-week schedule from June 8th through July 31st.Work Schedule & CompensationTotal Hours: 320 hours (40 days total).Daily Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.Interested in applying?
