Project Engineer

If you're passionate about making a lasting impact on future generations, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Create project feasibility documentation, including scope documentation and plant performance.Monitoring activities at plant sites to ensure work progresses as scheduled, within budget, as well adherence to project technical and commercial requirements.Coordinating activities of contractors, consultants, and vendors in support of assigned projects or in support of a project manager.Acting as lead with responsibility for compliance with scope, technical, budget, and schedule requirements for specific tasks.Develop comprehensive project documentation including charters, cost estimates, spend forecasts, stakeholder identification, and risk registers.Project Examples:Projects may include: Construction of plant environments, Expansion joints, IP turbine valves, coal mill classifiers, Water wall replacements, Boiler feed pump replacements, Outages, and more.Manage a portfolio of 6-10 active projects at one time from a pipeline of over 200.Qualifications:Experience: 4+ years preferredEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred.Candidates with construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.Ideal experience includes project management/engineering in construction, power plants, steel mills, industrial refineries, heavy equipment, or similar domains.Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential.
