Operate broadcast studio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting setups, and audio mixers to ensure high-quality production standards. Prepare content in advance by editing videos, creating graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere, and managing post-production tasks to enhance live broadcasts. Manage social media channels by promoting upcoming streams, interacting with followers, and increasing audience engagement through creative content strategies. Interpret viewer feedback and analytics to adapt streaming content dynamically for maximum viewer retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members on content planning, scriptwriting, and technical setup to ensure seamless broadcasts. Maintain technical proficiency in video editing, lighting techniques for video production, and operation of broadcast studio equipment to deliver professional-quality streams. Experience Proven experience in live streaming or hosting online content with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and engaging presentation skills. Knowledge of video production techniques including lighting setup, camera operation, and sound management for broadcast environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to write scripts or talking points clearly and confidently during live sessions. Background in journalism or technical writing is advantageous for creating compelling narratives or translating complex concepts into accessible content.
