Project Engineer

SummaryThe Project Engineer is responsible for the development of customer products and/or projects from early customer engagement through production. This individual is responsible for the monitoring of customer products through the manufacturing process. The Project Engineer will keep the customer informed of the product status throughout order entry and manufacturing.Major Duties Track programs from early development through production / implementation against schedule, reporting status to leadership and customersMaintain schedules alongside the production planner to develop a strategic plan to satisfy customer request datesMaintain open order reports and distribute to customersProvides constant communication between internal team and customersCustomer account oversight, including customer communications and project coordinationEnsure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed company's quality standard and is delivered at the right timeMonitor and debug methods and procedures to ensure total system efficienciesIdentifies, documents and communicates established work procedure and standardized method as neededWork with front office administration team to maintain timely order acknowledgementPerforms other tasks as required.Required EducationAssociate’s degreeRequired Experience And CompetenciesExperience in project managementAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to securely organize and document dataAbility to communicate effectively, both written and verbalAbility to solve practical problems and find creative solutions to scheduling challengesAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formIntermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office software and ERP systemsCapable of developing and accomplishing short and long-term objectives in an organized and detail oriented mannerPossess the necessary skills to establish priorities and provide prompt response to internal and external partiesARCH Global Precision is an Equal Opportunity Employee and wholeheartedly supports diversity in the workplace as a basic premise for business success.
