Warehouse Associate

Davinci Micro Fulfillment partners with brands to optimize their direct-to-consumer Commerce solutions through quick, efficient and cost-effective solutions. We operate 5 Fulfillment Centers nationally and support over 50 brands.A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, RF scanners, or a WMS system.Pack items securely and neatly in accordance with packing standards to prevent damage in transit.Apply correct labels, documentation, and postage to outbound parcels.Meet individual and team picking/packing rate targets consistently.Follow SOP’s and Work Instructions.Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, or low stock levels to supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area to support accurate inventory management.Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.3 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfilment center, or similar logistics environment requiredExperience using RF scanners, barcodes, or a WMS.Prior forklift certification is helpful.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Basic mathematical and problem-solving ability, with a bias for accuracy.Ability to work at pace and meet time-sensitive targets.Good physical fitness with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.Reliable, punctual, and a exhibit a positive team attitude. Show respect for others.Must have reliable transportation to/from work.Must be able to work overtime and weekends.CompensationThis is fulltime role with a rate of $18.00/hourly.#IND3
