Lead Data Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with strong experience in delivering enterprise-scale cloud data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), technical project leadership, and end-to-end delivery of modern data platforms while leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the delivery of enterprise data engineering and cloud data platform initiatives. Manage multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and reporting. Drive end-to-end project execution from planning through deployment and production support. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Business teams. Ensure adherence to Agile, SDLC, DevOps, and DataOps best practices. Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Provide technical leadership and stakeholder communication throughout project execution. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Technical Project Leadership. 5+ years of experience delivering cloud-based Data & Analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven experience leading large-scale data platform implementations. Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, cloud technologies, and enterprise data platforms. Experience working with Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, and DataOps practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
