EHS Coordinator

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator is responsible for supporting and maintaining environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. This position promotes a proactive safety culture, assists with regulatory compliance activities, conducts safety training, investigates incidents, and partners with operational teams to reduce workplace risks and environmental impacts. Required Skills and Abilities: Associate's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field required. 1-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred. Experience with OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety programs required. Environmental compliance experience preferred. OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification preferred Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations. Strong understanding of industrial safety principles and risk assessment methodologies. Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to influence employees and management at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
