Process Data Collection Specialist to support critical manufacturing data collection activities at our Portsmouth site.What Youll DoBe a contributing team member to a larger team of Data Scientists, Business Analysts and other Data Process Specialists.Collect, transcribe, and verify manufacturing process data from paper batch recordsEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP standardsResolve data discrepancies with manufacturing and support teamsManage assigned workload independently to meet demanding timelinesPerform handson work in cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environmentsWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree is desirable for this role, preferably in a laboratory science.Data science or computer science background is not essential for this roleShould demonstrate the potential to be a strong longterm fit for the company as an organization, even though this role is a fixedterm contractEarlycareer professionals seeking handson experience in a regulated GMP manufacturing environmentHigh attention to detail and strong documentation disciplineAbility to work independently with limited daytoday supervision, once onboarded and properly trained.Comfortable executing repetitive, accuracycritical tasks under timeline pressure.Willingness to spend significant time on their feet and working in cleanroom environmentsDemonstrated reliability, accountability, and quality first mindsetInterest in longterm growth within the company as an organization, even though this role itself is timelimitedPay ranges between 20-28/hr based on experience
