Sales Leader for Filtration
A company is looking for an Americas Filtration Sales Leader (USA, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide sales leadership and direction to a team of Filtration zone leaders, Sales Specialists, and Field Application Specialists
Drive growth and collaboration across all BTG operating companies
Meet and exceed orders and sales budgets as the commercial leader for the modality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology or a Bachelor's with industry experience
10+ years of experience preferably in the Biotechnology/Biopharma industry
Experience managing large complex equipment projects and driving technology selling opportunities
Consultative selling experience, such as Miller Heiman or SPIN
Team builder with previous leadership experience in a complex matrix organization
