Glean AI Agent Developer/EngineerRemote workDuration: 12 Months+We’re looking for developers who can build AI agents across Glean and Slack . Specifically, we need folks who can take enterprise workflows (IT, HR, MFG, Supply Chain, etc.) and turn them into operational agents using LLMs, RAG, and API integrations. Strong in UX/UI Position.Core skills needed:Glean AI Agent Developer: Core FocusBuilding Glean agents (conversational flows, task automation, RAG patterns, tool calling) is MUST.Building Slack agents using Bolt, workflows, functions, events, and API integrationsStrong Python/Node/TS engineering backgroundExperience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)Ability to create a reusable agent boilerplate for multi-step reasoningIntegrating with enterprise systems (Workday, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)Understanding of security, governance, and logging requirements at enterprise scale
