Job Opportunity at Ascension Seton Medical Center Location: Austin, Texas Facility Name: Ascension Seton Medical Center Schedule: Part-Time Job Responsibilities Ascension Seton is looking for a Pulmonary Hypertension APRN or PA to join our Advanced Heart Failure/transplant/VAD team in an outpatient setting at Ascension Seton Medical Center. Join an established team of 11 physicians and APPs Practice setting: outpatient Employed position within a nonprofit health system Lead comprehensive patient assessments by integrating medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic insights to create a clear and actionable path forward for every patient. Design and manage personalized treatment plans for a variety of health conditions, coordinating seamlessly with community resources and specialists to ensure holistic, continuous care. Empower patients and their families through dedicated counseling and education, providing them with the knowledge and resources needed to manage their health and prevent future illness. Document patient care journeys with precision and care, ensuring that every record reflects a high standard of clinical excellence and supports a safe, efficient healthcare network. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.
