Senior Full Stack Engineer

This company is a leader in modernizing corporate digital services, focusing on expanding self-service capabilities, automating processes, and enhancing client experiences across various business lines.The Role Drive end-to-end delivery for corporate digital servicing, covering UI, backend services, APIs, integrations, testing, and production readiness. Provide technical leadership through design guidance, code review, issue resolution, and scalable, secure engineering practices. Partner with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, and platform teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. Improve quality, reliability, observability, compliance, release readiness, and production support. Support CI/CD, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and code promotion discipline. Mentor engineers, reinforce standards, and promote reusable patterns and continuous improvement.What You'll Need Strong background as a Full Stack Engineer with Java/Spring Boot and React expertise. Experience with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and secure coding practices. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/AKS/Istio, GitLab, and Azure. Ability to operate independently, guide project direction, and make technical recommendations. Experience leading developers and coordinating with product and offshore teams.
