Customer Support Specialist- Hourly PLUS COMMISION!

We are expanding quickly, and looking to add a motivated teammate to our growing team. Our Customer Support Specialists play an integral part in creating an amazing customer experience; working directly with the customers, technicians and management, this position is the backbone of our operation. Responsibilities and Duties Answer phone calls, emails and texts from customers and technicians. Perform receptionist duties. Engage with customers calling about issues, questions or concerns. Schedule new client appointments. Re-schedule appointments for customers and technicians. Follow-up on incoming sales leads; commission included! Assist in billing and collections; incentives included! Qualifications and Skills Customer Service experience a must. Technical, computer and application skills a plus.
