In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project managers, helping ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client and stakeholder expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience while supporting impactful projects from planning through execution.What You'll Do:Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to keep projects organized and moving forwardAssist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and monitoring project progress against established goals, timelines, and budgetsPrepare, organize, and distribute project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and presentationsCoordinate project meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action itemsFacilitate communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners to support collaboration and alignmentHelp identify potential project risks or issues and support project teams with tracking and resolution effortsMaintain accurate project records and ensure documentation aligns with quality standards, policies, and proceduresWhat You Bring:Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or coordination roles requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of project management softwareExperience with project management toolsExcellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with close attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentA collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within project management support functionsWhy You'll Love It Here:Contribute to impactful projects by supporting owners and project teams from planning through deliveryWork alongside experienced project management professionals in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environmentCurious about the impactful work our PMCM team is doing?
