Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the servers and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Duties: - Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently. - Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards. - Clear tables of dishes, glassware, and utensils after guests finish their meals. - Refill beverages and assist with guest inquiries or requests. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Experience: - Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. - Knowledge of POS systems for order processing. - Familiarity with food preparation, food safety, and banquet service. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Ability to bus tables efficiently and work well in a fast-paced environment. - Culinary background or interest is a plus.
