In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting top talent, supporting daily staffing needs, and driving employee engagement and development. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about connecting people to opportunity, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidatesManage the full-cycle recruiting process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and partner with leadership on hiring decisionsCollaborate closely with Operations and Corporate teams to align on staffing needs and workforce planningSupport onboarding and training initiatives to ensure employee successAssist in delivering training on topics such as communication, leadership, and performanceMonitor employee performance and engagement using systems such as PeopleSoftHelp drive a positive, high-performing workplace cultureField Recruiting & EngagementVisit local job sites and high-traffic areas to engage with passive candidatesDistribute recruiting materials and promote career opportunitiesPartner with Operations to identify strategic recruiting locationsParticipate in job fairs and hiring events as neededTravel as needed to support hiring efforts (including out-of-state when required)QualificationsProven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisitionHands-on experience with ATS platformsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience supporting training and employee development initiativesKnowledge of performance management processes and employment lawsContract staffing experience is a plusStrong communication, Bilingual and fluent English requiredCompensationStarting at $55k AnnuallyAdditional details will be discussed during the interview processApply TodayIf you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in recruiting, we encourage you to apply today for immediate consideration.
