This role will focus on secure cloud architecture, automation, CI/CD pipeline security, infrastructure as code, and compliance governance. The engineer will collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Architecture & SecurityDesign, implement, and optimize secure cloud architectures across multi-cloud environmentsPerform identity and access reviews and implement least-privilege access models DevSecOps & CI/CDDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with embedded security controlsImplement automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA)Integrate security gates into DevOps workflows Infrastructure as Code & AutomationDevelop and maintain IaC using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormationImplement policy-as-code to enforce governance and security standards Containers & Platform SecuritySupport containerized workloads and Kubernetes platformsImplement container and cluster hardening practices Monitoring, Logging & Incident ResponseConfigure monitoring, logging, and observability toolsBuild dashboards and alerts for security, performance, and compliance Compliance & GovernanceSupport compliance initiatives (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) Documentation & CollaborationRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps5+ years of hands-on cloud platform experience5+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesStrong experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)Experience implementing automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA)Experience with containers and KubernetesStrong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)Experience with monitoring and logging toolsExperience supporting security and compliance in cloud environments Preferred SkillsMulti-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)Policy-as-code tools (OPA, Sentinel, etc.)Zero-trust architecture implementationExperience in regulated or high-security environmentsCloud or security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, CISM, Security+)
