Start and end times may adjust based on the scheduled events.Ability to work early mornings and evenings when necessary, flexing time when possible if overtime is anticipated.Rad Tech Payrate: $42-$47/hrShift Differential (M-F after 6pm + weekends): $48-$53/hrRegistered Radiologic Technician supports hands-on clinical training labs by preparing, operating, and maintaining lab environments and imaging equipment. This role also serves as a key customer-facing partner for healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external vendors—ensuring a seamless, professional, and service-oriented experience from lab setup through completion.Responsibilities:Prepare, support, and restore clinical simulation labs involving inanimate tissue (harvested animal tissue and/or human cadaveric specimens).Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment as required, in compliance with radiologic and safety protocols.Serve as an on-site point of contact during labs, delivering a high level of customer service to healthcare professionals, instructors, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Lab Staff, Clinical, AV, Facilities, Vendors) to ensure lab readiness, smooth execution, and timely resolution of issues.Anticipate needs, respond to requests, and adapt quickly to schedule or workflow changes while maintaining a calm and professional presence.Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, breakdown, and documentation of lab spaces, instrumentation, and equipment in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.Maintain accurate records, inventory, and equipment maintenance logs.Complete all required training, audits, and health surveillance activities within required timelines.Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment by communicating clearly, supporting peers, and prioritizing service excellence.Education and Experience Requirements: Associate degree required (or equivalent military experience).ARRT registration (RT (R)) with C-arm fluoroscopy experience; CA state licensure as required.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage professionally with diverse audiences.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing schedules, and support extended or flexible hours as needed.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Comfortable working in medical lab environments with cadaveric and animal tissue.Must be able to able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs without assistance.What happens nextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
