If you are available and interested then please reply me with details below the Job Description along with your updated resume in Word format.Role: Mobile Developer with React NativeLocation: Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role - 3 days/week)Duration: ContractJob Description:React Native Mobile Senior Developer (Onsite) - Experience: 8–12 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end mobile application development using React Native for iOS and Android platformsParticipate in discussions & provide inputs related to mobile app architecture, design decisions, and technical roadmapGuide and mentor mobile developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practicesCollaborate closely with onsite client stakeholders, architects, and product ownersTranslate business requirements into scalable and high-performance mobile solutionsDrive performance optimization, app stability, memory management, and crash reductionEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise mobility standardsIntegrate mobile apps with REST APIs, GraphQL, backend services, and third-party SDKsShould have hands on experience in on the areas like Websockets , RTC and LaunchDarklyManage CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and app store deployments (App Store & Play Store)Support troubleshooting, production issues, and root cause analysisParticipate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical risk managementContribute to POCs, technical feasibility studies, and innovation initiativesTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript, TypeScriptSolid understanding of native iOS and AndroidExperience with state management (Redux, Context API, MobX, Redux Toolkit)Knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive designExperience with app security, encryption, and secure storageFamiliarity with Azure/AWS, Firebase, and analytics toolsExposure to SSO, OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication mechanismsExperience in using LLM (Large Language Models) to accelerate development by crafting effective prompts, reviewing AI generated code ensuring correctness, security, performance and adherence to coding standardsNon-Technical SkillsStrong onsite communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to drive discussions, resolve technical conflicts, and influence decisionsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsGood documentation and presentation skills
