With an averageinstallation period of 5 days, GeoLinks is proud to offer the most resilient andscalable fixed wireless network on the market.GeoLinks is the nationwide majority holder of 28GHz spectrum with a strategicpurpose of partnering with carriers (wireline and wireless), municipalities, and largeenterprises to address capital, network, and operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Strategy and Guidance:Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy in alignment with its business objectives.Advise the CEO, board of directors, and senior management on legal matters and risk management.Compliance And Risk ManagementEnsure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.Oversee and manage compliance programs and initiatives.Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Corporate GovernanceProvide legal support for corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and corporate policies.Ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices.Contract ManagementOversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and agreements.Ensure contracts protect the company’s interests and mitigate legal risks.Contract negotiation.Litigation ManagementManage and oversee any litigation or disputes involving the company.Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed and manage legal costs.Regulatory AffairsMonitor and advise on changes in laws and regulations that affect the company.Represent the company in dealings with regulatory bodies.Intellectual PropertyOversee the protection and management of the company’s intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.Legal Department ManagementLead, mentor, and manage the legal team.Oversee the department’s budget and allocate resources effectively.Corporate secretary.Oversee the Leasing department.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years General Counselexperience within a growth business.Senior leadership in a PE-backed investment is preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills within complex situations, with the customer(internal/external) at the forefront.Preferred telecom background, including spectrum understanding.Experience in working with the CEO and executive team, Founder, PEinvestors, and Board of Directors to influence the growth of the organization.Strong leader, with a collaborative style.Exceptional negotiation capability.Intellectual curiosity: Enjoys learning, problem-solving, with desire to seeknew challenges.Ability to think and plan ahead.
