Job Summary:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated retail professional ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations including opening and closing the store
Lead, train, and motivate store associates
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
Support achievement of sales goals and KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
