QualificationsPrior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.Previous Mind Body experience or Elements Experience a plus.Drive membership salesand provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on wellness programs and building lasting relationshipsMeet Sales GoalsConsistently achieve or exceed goals for new client conversion into memberships, upsells, and rebooking rates. Consultative SellingBuild rapport with prospective and existing clients, identify their specific needs, and passionately promote the value and benefits of wellness programs.Member RetentionProactively identify "at risk" members and work with management to guide clients and ensure their continued membership and satisfaction. Front Desk Operations Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling services, handling cash/payments, using booking systems, and maintaining accurate client records.Clinic Maintenance Ensure the wellness environment is clean, orderly, and all supplies and equipment are stocked and safely maintained for both clients and co-workers.Team Collaboration Work effectively with massage therapists, service providers, and management to ensure smooth operations.©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
