This entry-level PM role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, technical environment and is ready to help engineering teams work more efficiently and effectively. You will partner with software engineers, systems architects, and operations leads to coordinate project activities, remove blockers, and keep work moving across multiple initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end coordination of internal engineering projects including tooling improvements, platform migrations, process automation, and infrastructure upgradesMaintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports to ensure visibility across stakeholdersFacilitate sprint ceremonies, project kickoffs, and recurring status meetings capturing decisions, action items, and follow-upsWork with engineering leads to define project scope, milestones, and success criteriaTrack dependencies across teams and proactively surface risks and blockers to senior PMs and program leadershipAssist with resource coordination across engineering squads and help manage competing prioritiesSupport intake and prioritization processes for new engineering requests and initiativesMaintain accurate project data in tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platformsHelp drive process improvement efforts within the engineering ops function by identifying gaps and recommending solutionsRequired Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience-1 2 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or engineering operations support-Comfort working in a technical environment alongside software and systems engineering teams-Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and at least one project or issue-tracking tool (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologiesExperience supporting software development, DevOps, or IT infrastructure projectsExposure to ITSM frameworks (ITIL) or change management processesPMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus
