Mequon, Wisconsin 53097 United StatesWhat You Will GetIn addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive:Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentivesProfessional development through strategic internal platformsOpportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practicePaid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)Reimbursement for endurance race entry feesYour Responsibilities as a Patient Service CoordinatorReconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelinesFollow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits managementObtain authorization and/or prior authorizationOver the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthlyMaintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departmentsQualificationsAt minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).ScheduleFull Time/Part Time: Clinic hours are 7am-7pmCompensationPay Range: $18.49-$22.50 (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)A Mission That Moves UsAt PT Solutions, we are a team united by a shared purpose: expanding access to transformative care.
