Job Title : Sr. AWS Cloud AdminJob Location : Reading, PA (Hybrid)Job Duration : Long-term Contract(12+ months)Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Engineer with deep expertise in AWS Aurora, Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL administration, and the broader AWS database ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, engineering, and optimizing resilient enterprise-grade data platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will drive database reliability, performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency while enabling modern data platform capabilities that support critical business applications and growth initiatives.Key Requirements:10+ years of experience in database technologies.5+ years working with cloud databases on AWS.Strong experience with on-premises database platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.Hands-on expertise in Redis/MemoryDB, DynamoDB, MySQL, Snowflake.Proven experience in database migrations, including homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations across cloud and on-prem environments.Strong SQL, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting skills Python and JSON knowledge is a plus.Skilled in automation, optimization, and modern cloud-native database design.AWS certifications preferred.Must be willing to relocate from day one; hybrid work model with in-office presence Monday to Wednesday, occasionally Fridays.Regards,Vishwajeet Verma
