Job Title: Benefits and Leave AdministratorLocation: High Ridge, MO (Onsite)Position OverviewThe Benefits and Leave Administrator is responsible for end-to-end administration of employee benefits and leave programs across the organization. This role serves as the subject matter expert for benefits systems, vendor coordination, compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, highly employee-centric, and experienced in managing benefits and leave in a multi-state environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister all benefits and leave programs, including federal, state, and company-provided leaveManage leave cases, claims submissions, compliance documentation, and accurate data trackingServe as primary point of contact for benefits vendors and carriers, ensuring accurate enrollment and EDI/ADI file feedsManage benefit deductions and system configurations within ADP WorkforcePerform regular audits to ensure data integrity between HRIS and vendor systemsProvide employee support for benefits, leave, and claims-related inquiriesConduct benefits education sessions including open enrollment, new hires, and refresher trainingsSupport integration of benefits and leave processes for acquired companiesBuild and enhance HRIS workflows to improve automation and efficiencyMaintain clear communication with employees, managers, and payroll teams regarding leave and return-to-work timelinesRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of benefits and/or leave administration experienceExperience supporting 1,500+ employees in a multi-state environment strongly preferredAdvanced knowledge of ADP Workforce requiredHands-on experience working with benefit carriers, EDI/ADI file feeds, and benefit deductionsAdvanced Excel skills required , including VLOOKUP (very important)Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)High School Diploma or equivalent requiredSuccess FactorsStrong alignment with company mission, vision, values, and safety-first cultureEmployee-centric mindset with a strong work ethicAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
