A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to act as a technical bridge between their platform and prospective customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical subject matter expert in customer engagements, leading discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design
Create and deliver technical demos, product walkthroughs, and savings analysis sessions for customers and partners
Translate customer infrastructure and cloud usage patterns into tailored platform solutions and clear savings narratives
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical role
Hands-on experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a technical or architectural context
Azure Solutions Architect certification required; AWS or GCP certifications are a plus
Familiarity with APIs, modern cloud architectures, and common system design patterns
Familiarity around cloud economics and FinOps concepts such as Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and commitment-based pricing models
