We create an environment where you can think big, have fun and truly make a difference.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collections Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivable Collections team across the US and Europe. This role is responsible for driving cash flow performance to meet cash collections goals set by management, reducing past due balances, improving DSO, and ensuring consistent credit and collection practices across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a data-driven approach to collections strategy. This position will proactively support management and provide an overview of collections status in preparation for weekly/monthly AR Calls with management.RESPONSIBILITIESCash collections. Review daily progress of assigned Collectors, assist with problem resolution issues, ensure all past due accounts are being worked in each Collector portfolio with use of our High Radius systemAnalyze and enhance collections procedures to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of workflowMust be open minded and willing to embrace, promote and implement changeSupervise, mentor, and support staff, with an emphasis on internal and external customer satisfactionAbility to ensure a high team moral, providing praise as well as constructive feedback.Work with Sales to ensure proper contacts in client organization are utilized, review status of all portfolio accounts, obtain payment commitment and document conversations or other relevant information in the High Radius systemFocus on reducing overall DSO (day sales outstanding), aging targets and cash collection goalsRefer uncooperative accounts to Sales Manager and Collections Manager in a timely mannerEnsure proper research and resolution of invoice disputes by working with clients, colleagues, and internal billing department and also payroll on expense deductionsPrepare AR Aging analysis, collections and reconciliations as required for upper management reviewRecognize and implement additional trainings on payment portals, account reconciliations, unapplied cash reconciliations, adjustment process/forms, Word/Excel and other relevant areasPrepare and review paperwork for refundsRecommend accounts for bad debt, write off and reserves as requiredMust be able to establish rapport and credibility quickly with different levels within internal and organizationsMust remain highly motivated with a strong focus on contributing to solutions and process improvement ideasMaintain strong commitment to team goals and the ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.Elevate and work with manager on any and all employee issuesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS10+ years of business to business collections experience with a proven track record of reducing outstanding AR and implementation of process improvementsExperience establishing payment arrangements as well as identifying customer cash flow issues timelyMust have excellent customer service skills and a positive can do attitudeProfessional ability to interface with all levels within an organization.Excellent verbal and written communications skillsCreative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goalsAbility to multitask in a faced paced environmentSolid analytical and problem solving skillsProven knowledge of MS Office productsAbility to maintain regular attendance and work all hours necessary or requiredFor US job seekers:Salary Information:$70,000.00-$80,000.00 AnnualPlease contact careers@oxfordcorp.com if you are interested in this position.Oxford is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
