Human Resources Analyst

IntroductionThe HR Operations team is seeking a centralization analyst team member with the skills and competencies necessary to provide support in the functional areas of a human resources department. This role supports the HR Centralization Team by processing HR transactions for facilities across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines and internal controls.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Human ResourcesExperience with an HRIS System; Workday experience strongly preferredStrong analytical background with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within HRPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and COGNOS or other reporting toolsProficient in the use of the Client Office productsManufacturing exposure considered a plusDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcess HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and leavesAudit data for accuracy between Workday and the legacy PeopleSoft payroll systemReturn incorrect or incomplete transactions with clear guidancePartner with HR, talent teams, and plant-based personnel to resolve questionsSupport mass upload activities (EIB) depending on skill levelMaintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive dataFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
