Shop HelperJob Summary: AllTex Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support operations across various client sites. This role involves manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced industrial environment.Responsibilities:Load and unload materials, tools, and equipmentClean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardsAssist skilled workers (e.g., welders, machinists, electricians) with tasksOperate basic machinery and hand toolsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPEPerform basic maintenance and repairs on equipmentSupport inventory and delivery operationsCarry out additional duties as assigned by supervisorsQualifications:Ability to lift 50-60 lbs and perform physical laborWillingness to work in varying weather and industrial conditionsGood communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in warehouse, construction, or manufacturing preferredA valid driver's license may be required depending on dutiesBilingual A plusLive no more than 20 minutes from the companyE-VerifySchedule & Pay:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM1-hour lunch breakStarting pay: $14.00/hour, East Houston locationPPE: Steel-toe shoes, Back support, box cutter/knife, safety glasses, and gloves
