Job Description Landscape Foreman Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs and the ability to manage a team of landscape workers. Landscape Foreman Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise landscape projects, including preparing estimates, planning the landscape design, scheduling work, and supervising work crewsConsult with clients to determine their landscaping needsEnsure that landscaping projects are completed on time and meet customer expectationsPerform hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimmingMonitor and maintain the quality of the landscaping projectsEnsure that proper safety and security protocols are followedTrain and oversee landscape workers and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures Landscape Foreman Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related fieldKnowledge of plants, trees, and shrubsAble to work in a variety of weather conditionsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAble to lift and carry heavy objectsValid driver's license and a clean driving record
