Summary:Our award-winning client is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and a safe work environment.Responsibilities:Ensure smooth operations, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality products.Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and foster a positive and productive work environment.Develop and implement plans to optimize production processes.Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, planning, and implementing quality programs.
