Sokai Sushi Bar -Restaurant ManagerWe are looking for experinced managerResponsabilities:Lead our team and also promote the business.Organize catering service, special dinners and events.Needs to be someone creative, with new ideas on how to increase the sales at the restaurant.Manage all functions of our daily checklist and shift operationsDrive excellence and standards with inventory, quality and safetyTrain, lead and develop our team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitalityHandle payroll, scheduling and labor managementFacility and equipment managementMust Have:At least 5 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume and fast paced environmentWarm, caring and positive attitude that drives hospitality and inspires others to do soAn attitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levelsBroad understanding of financial aspects of the business,Open, flexible availability, be able to work on holidays and weekendsWell presentedHardworkingReliableHonest and trustworthyCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesRegularly review product quality and research new vendorsControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteCoordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shiftsMust be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write the English and Spanish language.Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors and their proper service, with the ability to design pairings and cocktails to match food.Respond efficiently and accurately to customer queries and complaintsBe legally authorized to work in the United StateHave manager food safety certification.If you think you are the right candidate send us your resume!
