JOB REQUIREMENTS: City of Onalaska Employment Opportunity SlideAttendant Aquatic Center (Seasonal/Limited-Term) The City of Onalaska isseeking to hire Slide Attendants. An employee in this position isresponsible for general customer service duties, monitoring access tothe facility to include water slide. This position is a limited term,Seasonal Position. Scheduled Hours May Vary. Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for operating the top of the water slides. Enforce waterslide rules to ensure the safety of patrons. Ensure the safety of thepatrons by enforcing the rules of the facility. Follow and enforce allfacility rules in a firm but positive manner. Keep aquatics area cleanand clear of potential safety hazards and immediately inform supervisorof any issues and necessary repairs. Perform pool setup, breakdown,cleaning and other opening and closing duties as required. Communicateconcerns and issues with appropriate parties. Check locker rooms andbathrooms as directed, and performs any necessary cleaning tasks.Follows Wisconsin law and City policies regarding sanitation. Enforcedepartment policies and follows department procedures regardingadmission to the Aquatic Center. Develop and maintain effectiverelationships with staff and public. Other duties as requested orassigned. Compensation: Wage range for thisseasonal, limited-term position is \$11.00 to \$14.00 per hour dependingOn Qualifications And Budget. Flexible Scheduling Available.
