Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Registered Nurse located in Toppenish, WA. The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate and skilled patient care, including assessments, implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient outcomes. Collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high standards of quality and patient safety is a key part of the role. Additionally, the role includes educating patients and their families about care plans and health management practices. Qualifications Proficiency in patient care, including assessment, treatment, and monitoringAbility to administer medications and treatments per medical protocolsStrong collaboration skills to effectively work with healthcare teams and physiciansCompetency in patient education and communicationValid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of WashingtonBLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications preferredExperience or familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsStrong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
