Maintenance Technician Key ResponsibilitiesPerform safe, efficient, and effective maintenance on plant machinery and equipmentMaintain compliance with BRC standards and the Product Safety and Quality Management System (PSQMS)Adhere to GMP requirements and report any potential food‑safety hazardsTroubleshoot, evaluate, and repair equipment issuesBuild, repair, or modify equipment, fixtures, or electrical devices as requiredRepair electrical and electronic systems within production machineryDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC‑related issuesComplete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance activitiesRequirementsHigh School Diploma requiredAssociate’s Degree in Electronics preferredTechnical training and experience in one or more of the following: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, HVAC, Welding, or CarpentryStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
