It's part of Aegon, an integrated, diversified, international financial services group serving approximately 23.9 million customers worldwide.Job Description Responsibilities:Advance word processing correspondence.Designs spreadsheets and databases for reporting.Heavy use of graphics.Compiles information and prepare reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries.Screens telephone calls.Gives or relays non-routine information to callers.Makes meeting and travel arrangements.High level of analytical work.Determine methods and procedures to be used in resolving routine and some complex inquiries.Generates and maintains confidential files and information.Operates with some latitude for independent judgment and initiative.May supervise others.Qualifications:High school education or equivalent. Up to 2 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.Preferred Qualifications:Some demand to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines.
