Site Construction Manager 1The Site Construction Manager 1 works 100% "in the field", overseeing construction at one of our project sites for our clients in the heavy industrial industry. Project sites are throughout the United States. The Site Construction Manager 1 is responsible for the overall construction of a project. Primary duties and responsibilities include:Overseeing subcontractors and construction to ensure work is safe, correct, meets quality control measures, and the intent of the drawings.Ensuring all work adheres to the established project schedule; escalating potential or actual project delays to Project Construction Manager.Writing Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with the site construction lead or Project Construction Manager which become record documents.Taking progress photographs of construction events and labeling and identifying each photograph.Preparing Monthly Progress Reports.Ensuring that contractors are using the latest design drawing revision for construction.Providing assistance to Project Construction Manager.Preparing contract extras and progress payments for client approval working with Project Manager.Providing proper correspondence with project management and clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise, and professional manner.Maintaining on-site records and files per The Perry Group document control requirements.Understanding The Perry Group Quality Policy Statement and following the Quality Systems Work Instructions.
