Shop Foreman/Lead TechnicianWe are looking for a Shop Foreman/Lead Technician to help lead our technician team at our Lancaster, SC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store! This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a brand-new shop in one of the fastest-growing markets in the region. About the Role: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience with completed Phase 3 training. You will be both a hands-on, production-based technician and a leader for the team. The ideal candidate will set the pace in the shop, provide guidance and technical expertise and help drive overall productivity! Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive flat rate with opportunity for self and team production-based bonuses in the $40.00-54.00/hr pay range. Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic tests and identify automotive issues. Perform routine maintenance services as well as repairs on vehicles. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 10+ technicians. Complete online and video multi-point inspections and recommend appropriate services and repairs based on findings. Quality check and test drive vehicles after repairs are completed. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with technical advancements. Ensure all manufacturer training is completed for yourself and your team. Assist and mentor team members on diagnostics, repair processes and best practices. Work closely with service management to achieve department goals.
