Chef
Red Rocks Cafe, a local family owned group of restaurants, is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to helm our newest location in the Redstone Shopping Center located in Indian Land, SC. Ideal candidates will have the following skills and pertinent experience: High volume BOH experience in a mostly from-scratch kitchen Experience with inventory and controlling food costs to meet company standards An eye for adhering to company labor goals without effecting the guest experience Knowledge working with multiple vendors ServSafe Certified strongly preferred Ability to work 50-55 hours per week on average Excellent communication skills, not just in-store but company-wide as well Compensation is negotiable based on skills and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Experience level: 2 years Pay rate: Yearly pay Shift: 10 hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work setting: Fine dining restaurant COVID-19 considerations: We know this is a tough time for everyone, but we are taking the precautionary measures to be clean for our staff and guests by providing masks and gloves, available hand washing sinks and hand sanitizer located throughout our restaurant.
