The firm also extends its services to corporations and other institutions, offering tailored expertise in various disciplines.Purinton Analytics is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee scheduling, operations, and client coordination for a professional services firm specializing in vocational expert testimony, life care planning, and economic damage analysis.This role is responsible for managing a complex and constantly changing schedule, coordinating with multiple experts and attorney offices, and ensuring that all case-related work progresses efficiently from intake through completion.While scheduling is a central component of the role, this position also requires ownership of day-to-day operations, client communication, and workflow management across the practice.Key Responsibilities:Manage a dynamic, high-volume schedule involving multiple experts, attorney offices, depositions, and court deadlinesCoordinate case activity from intake through report delivery, deposition, and billingServe as the primary point of contact for attorneys and staff, providing timely updates and communicationMaintain and manage HubSpot CRM, including pipeline tracking, data entry, and workflow organizationOversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoice tracking, retainer coordination, and follow-up on outstanding balancesSupport bookkeeping functions in coordination with the firm’s CPAIdentify and resolve scheduling conflicts, operational issues, and technology-related problemsManage relationships with vendors and service providers (CRM, IT, accounting, testing platforms)Ensure deadlines are tracked and met across all active casesMaintain organized and accurate case files and internal recordsProactively identify inefficiencies and implement process improvementsSupport business development efforts through CRM management and client follow-up coordinationQualifications:Experience in operations, office management, or practice management within a professional services environmentStrong scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial trackingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem-solve independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailPreferred:Experience working with attorneys, expert witnesses, or litigation supportExperience coordinating complex, multi-party schedulingSchedule and Structure:This position will begin as a part-time role (approximately 24 hours per week) during an initial trial period, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time by year-end based on performance and operational needs.Initial Schedule:Monday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PMTuesday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PMAnticipated Full-Time Schedule (beginning next year):Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PMThis is a central role within the practice. The right candidate will take ownership of scheduling, meet deadlines, and ensure a consistent, professional experience for attorney clients.
