This role is ideal for someone who has successfully sold digital agency services and understands how to navigate complex buying cycles, multiple stakeholders, and consultative sales conversations showcasing thought leadership, experience and measurable client success.You will own the full sales process, from generating your own leads, working inbound company leads, and managing the process from prospecting through close, while collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and close new client opportunities for digital agency servicesLead consultative discovery conversations to understand client business goals and challengeDevelop and present tailored proposals and solution recommendationsManage a full sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and deal timelinesNegotiate contracts and pricing aligned with company goalsClient & Internal CollaborationWork closely with leadership and delivery teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth handoffsMaintain strong knowledge of Spinutech's service offerings and differentiatorsRepresent Spinutech professionally in sales meetings, presentations, and networking opportunitiesStrategy & GrowthContribute ideas to improve sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategyTrack market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital opportunitiesHelp refine ideal client profiles and target verticalsRequired Experience & Qualifications8+ years of experience selling digital agency services, including one or more of: Digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content, CRO), Web design and development, Marketing automation / CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Digital strategy or consulting servicesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience selling six-figure or high five-figure engagementsStrong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skillsPreferred QualificationsAgency background strongly preferredExperience selling retainers and long-term engagementsExisting professional network that can be leveraged for new opportunitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionPerformance-based incentivesFlexible work environmentOpportunity to work closely with leadership and shape the future of the companyWhy SpinutechSell solutions that genuinely help clients succeedDirect access to decision-makers and leadershipNo bureaucracy—your ideas and results matterOpportunity to build something meaningful, not just hit a quota
