Nutritional Services - CookFull Time - 80hours per pay Hours will Vary Full Benefits Scheurer Hospital is seeking a Cook. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including entrees, sides, and desserts Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and accuracy Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Cook will fill in at Country Gardens and Country Bay Village as needed Benefits Competitive pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401k with matching funds Safe Work Environment For questions regarding this position, please contact Sherry Seley, Nutritional Services Manager or Yvonne Prill, Talent Acquisition Specialist.
