Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Greek Interpreter to provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services in various settings, including healthcare, social services, and legal environments. Responsibilities Provide real-time interpretation between Greek and English across multiple settings, including hospitals, clinics, social service agencies, and legal offices. Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical and personal information. Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. Stay updated on relevant terminology in healthcare, social work, and legal fields to ensure accurate interpretation. Skills Multilingual proficiency in Greek and English is essential; bilingual skills are highly valued. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced settings such as hospitals or social service agencies.
